Launched in 2015, My Contribution has played a key role in helping 333体育平台官网 go from strength to strength, harnessing the enthusiasm, knowledge and expertise of employees to crowd-source ideas, innovate and problem solve to drive the business forward.
The article explains that in 2024, 2,000 ideas were submitted to the My Contribution platform with 24% of employees engaged and submitting ideas, saving the business 拢3.2 million and 53,800 working hours.
One idea stemmed from the company鈥檚 Tilbury flood barrier site where an employee suggested that instead of installing cabling for high-powered lights during construction, that the company use solar-powered lights instead. This resulted in savings of 拢9,600 as well as three days of digging trenches for the cabling.
