Once complete, the hotel will serve as the central anchor of the Miami Beach Convention Center District, transforming the city鈥檚 convention center campus into a desirable meeting and convention destination worldwide.
The construction services contract, valued at nearly $385 million (拢287 million), features the delivery of a 17-story hotel. The 996,130-square-foot development will include 800 guestrooms, convention and meeting space and ground floor retail areas.
