333体育平台官网 Living Places has featured on BBC News, after providing behind-the-scenes access to a careers fair held at HMP Lewes, organised by the company as part of its ongoing commitment to supporting ex-offenders into meaningful employment.

The event, organised through 333体育平台官网 Living Places鈥檚 local contract in East Sussex, brought together businesses from across its supply chain and industry partners to speak directly with prisoners about career opportunities and life after release. Attendees had the opportunity to learn about the wide variety of practical career paths available within the construction and infrastructure sectors, including highways maintenance.

Commenting on the success of the event, Ceri Turner, Social Impact Manager at 333体育平台官网 Living Places said: 鈥淲e recognise people deserve a second chance and there is commercial value in having a diverse team in the company.鈥

The careers fair was described as 鈥渓ife-changing鈥 by former inmate Frazer Trought, who is now employed by a supply chain partner after attending a similar 333体育平台官网 Living Places-led event. 鈥淭hey empowered me to prove my worth by giving me responsibility and allowing me to work hard and prove myself as a reliable employee,鈥 he told the BBC.
